Halloween 2012

Jonah has  been so excited to be Captain America...I mean we have had the costume since August :) It was a lot of fun this year since he really understood that Halloween was all about candy haha. We also had the pleasure of trick or treating with the Lutz family aka Clark Kent. Once again, great Halloween in the neighborhood! 

We are PREGNANT with Baby #2!!!!

We are beyond excited to share that we are expecting baby #2!!!! It has been such a roller coster of a year trying for so long for this sweet blessing. We are so excited that the Lord has chosen us once again to go through this journey. SO EXCITED!! God is good! 

My First 5k!

I've been wanting to do a 5k for a while now. My goal was to do one before we got pregnant again. I did some training but in the weeks leading up to the race I got a pretty nasty cold and was unable to really train. I was a little worried that I might not do so well but with all the excitement in the air my adrenaline kicked into overdrive and I had a blast! I hope this is the first of many races. On a side note I found out the next day I was expecting :) 

Celebrating our 7th Wedding Anniversary

Nate and I were able to get out and celebrate our wedding anniversary this weekend. We went to our favorite place, The Melting Pot, and then finished the night with coffee and a movie. I'm so blessed to do "life" with this man. God has truly blessed me with an amazing man :)

Ridlehoover Family Beach Trip

It's been a rough year for Nate's dad being in and out of the hospital, so we decided as a family to get away for his birthday and celebrate him as a family at the beach. It was a really nice break and a beautiful weekend. It was the first trip we did as a whole family and Jonah had a great time with his cousin (even if he annoyed the mess out of her at times) haha. Hopefully we will be able to do it again soon. Great way to end the summer.

Jonah's first dentist appointment

Jonah had his first dentist appointment today. He did so well! I was very proud of him and he is already looking forward to going back.
